Amy was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She graduated in 2019 from Indiana State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a background medical surgical, emergency, surgical nursing and a strong background in orthopedic medicine. She joined our practice in 2021.

Dr. Kristen Blume is trained in Family Medicine and Aesthetics with 12+ years of experience.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN/FNP) in 2025, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2016 from Western Governors University. Misty joined our practice in 2025.
